Community Guidelines

1. Our Principles

Be authentic. Use your real identity and represent yourself honestly. GlowLoop is for genuine connection, not performance.

Be respectful. Treat every member with courtesy, including people whose backgrounds, beliefs, and interests differ from yours.

Be safe. Look out for yourself and others. If something feels wrong, report it — our team reviews every report.

2. What Is Not Allowed

Harassment and abuse. Bullying, threats, stalking, hate speech, or demeaning content directed at any person or group.

Sexual content and solicitation. Sexually explicit material, unwanted sexual advances, or any sexual content involving minors — which we report to the appropriate authorities.

Non-consensual intimate imagery. Sharing intimate images or video of any person without their consent is strictly prohibited. Such content is removed within 48 hours of a valid report, including identical copies we are aware of, and the responsible account is suspended.

Fraud and spam. Scams, phishing, commercial solicitation, multi-level marketing recruitment, or misleading links.

Illegal activity. Content or behavior that facilitates illegal goods, services, or conduct.

Impersonation. Pretending to be another person, or misrepresenting your identity or intentions.

Privacy violations. Sharing another person's private information without their consent.

3. Protecting Teens

GlowLoop welcomes members 13 and older (16+ in some regions), and members under 18 use protected teen accounts with extra privacy and contact limits. The following are strictly prohibited and lead to immediate action:

Sexual exploitation, grooming, coercion, sextortion, or any sexualization of minors.

Adults requesting sexual content, private contact information, or secret conversations from teens.

Sharing a minor's precise location, school schedule, private contact details, or intimate content.

Misrepresenting your age in order to contact or exploit teens.

Harassment, threats, bullying, predatory behavior, or attempts to move unsafe interactions with a teen off-platform.

Encouraging teens to bypass GlowLoop's protections.

How to report: use the "Possible underage account" option on any profile or post if you believe a member is below the minimum age; report any unsafe adult-to-teen contact through the report tools or support@glowloopnow.com; if someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first (911 in the U.S.; 988 for crisis support).

We may remove content, restrict contact, preserve necessary evidence, suspend accounts, and report suspected exploitation or imminent danger to the appropriate authorities.

4. In Circles and Communities

Circle creators and moderators share responsibility for their spaces. Communities must have a clear, lawful purpose and must be moderated consistently with these Guidelines. Circles used to organize harassment, spam, or illegal activity will be removed.

5. Enforcement

Violations are reviewed by our moderation team. Depending on severity, we may remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend an account, or permanently ban a user. Severe violations — such as threats of harm or content involving minors — result in immediate removal and, where required, a report to law enforcement.

6. Reporting

Every profile, message, and circle includes reporting tools — including a "Possible underage account" reason that immediately opens a safety review. You can also report concerns to support@glowloopnow.com with the subject line "Safety Report." Reports are confidential: the person you report never learns your identity. Reports are reviewed within 24–48 hours. See our Safety Policy for details on how reports are handled.
