Report safety or abuse
Every profile, message, and circle in GlowLoop includes in-app reporting tools. For urgent concerns, email support@glowloopnow.com with the subject line "Safety Report". Reports are confidential and reviewed by trained moderators.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Delete your account
You can delete your GlowLoop account at any time, and you never need to give a reason.
- In the app (once launched): go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm.
- By email: send a request from your registered email address to support@glowloopnow.com with the subject line "Account Deletion".
- We verify the request and permanently delete your profile and personal data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Copyright & DMCA
If content on GlowLoop infringes your copyright, email support@glowloopnow.com with the subject "DMCA Takedown" and include the work, the post's location, your contact details, and your signature. Valid material is removed and the uploader notified. Repeat infringers lose their accounts. See our Terms for the full procedure.
Intimate images shared without consent
If an intimate image or video of you appears on GlowLoop without your consent, use the "Non-consensual intimate image" report option on the post or profile — it goes straight to the top of our queue. Valid reported material, including identical copies we are aware of, is removed within 48 hours. You can also email support@glowloopnow.com with the subject "NCII Takedown".
In crisis or immediate danger?
GlowLoop is a social connection service — not medical advice, therapy, or a crisis line. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number). Report a security issue
Found a vulnerability or believe an account is compromised? Email support@glowloopnow.com with the subject "Security". We acknowledge security reports within 24 hours and never take action against good-faith researchers who report responsibly.
